Dave Russ, CPA
Dave Russ is a CPA who spent years building and fixing finance operations for Fortune 500 organizations, including close processes, reporting, reconciliations, and large-scale ERP change, before focusing that discipline on growing companies. His experience spans controllership, finance transformation, SAP S/4HANA and reporting change, process improvement, and team leadership.
A graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Dave combines accounting discipline with a strategy-focused approach to finance operations. The goal is simple: finance should make the business easier to run. That means reliable reporting, repeatable processes, and the right amount of structure for the company's size and stage, not more bureaucracy.
